Warranty Policy

#1: What does the warranty cover ?

The limited warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from e-Bopp LLC.  The Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty period. 

#2: What will we do to correct problems ?

During the Warranty period e-Bopp LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
e-Bopp LLC will either repair the product, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

#3: How long does the coverage last ?

e-Bopp LLC provides a 5 years limited warranty from the date of purchase. 
SOMFY motors and controls have a 5 years warranty – Motor and controls are warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of five (5) years starting from the manufacturing date stamped on each product.
A replacement of physical goods or parts assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good.

#4: What does this warranty not cover ?

This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship such as damages or deterioration due to the following reasons:

  1. Normal wear and tear of the product including: Abuse / Accident / Alterations / Damage from pets / Insects / Exposure to salt air / Improper cleaning / Improper handling / Improper installation / Improper operation / misapplication / misuse / High wind conditions
  2. Any product that with the passage of time Loses color intensity / Experiences a loss of pleating / Yellows or cracks. The product is for indoor / interior use only. Outdoor use of the product waves the warranty.
  3. Natural materials: Variant in color / Grain or texture / Warping of wood slats in high humidity areas

The limited warranty does not cover cost associated with product removal, product reinstallation, incidental damage.
In the event multiple blinds / shades / curtains / … are in the same room only the defective one will be replaced.

#5: What do you have to do ?

To obtain a warranty service, the buyer must first contact e-Bopp Inc. to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution.
